I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very attentive. They helped me with my heavy bags and one of them spoke English which was really helpful. The room was clean and had a mini-fridge with reasonable prices. The hotel is centrally located close to a pedestrian street with lots of stores and places to eat.
Nothing, all excellent! The hotel provided a great experience overall.

Centrally located for us. A 5-minute walk will take you to El Churrasco, where you can eat. You got good value.

The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with many shops and restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and had a nice selection in the minibar. the desk and chair were convenient for catching up on work, and the shower had both hot and cold water. Plus, the free coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch.
The noise from other guests in the lobby was a bit bothersome, but thankfully it didn't last too late into the night. the room didn't have a real window, just a view of a small patio area, which was a bit disappointing.

The noise level can be quite high, especially with a lack of soundproofing in the rooms. The bedding and pillows are made with uncomfortable plastic materials, and the water pressure in the showers is subpar.
